Joy works with Serve Beyond Canada in a Creative Access Country that she travels to periodically to follow up with the ministries there. 

Her ministry is supporting refugees and poor people in garbage cities where she helps provide spiritually, financially, medically and emotionally for the people.

Joy does this by delivering groceries and blankets to 200 families in two cities and supporting building projects to improve housing for needy people.
