Accessing the document on your Phone
To fill in the PDF fields on your phone, after you click on the "Fillable PDF" button, the PDF will appear as a page in your browser.
- From there you can save the PDF as a file, and open it from your files folder.
- The other way to access and fill in the PDF is as follows:
Click on the "share" button".
Scroll down and click on "mark up".
Click on the "forms" button.
After this, you should be good to go!
