Petros and Arlene are working with the Evangelical Free Church of Canada missions' organization, Serve Beyond. In 2010 Petros started as Africa area director overseeing the missionaries and projects in seven different African countries.

This role includes encouraging and strengthening missionaries in their ministry and ensuring compliance with CRA requirements of all Serve Beyond projects in Africa

This involves visiting each project at least once a year. When travelling to these countries it provides and opportunity to work with the local churches to reach out with the gospel and start discipleship groups.
